Account and qualification information: your name, email, account credentials, organization or business name, business/entity type, researcher category, field of research, intended laboratory research use, and research-use and Terms acknowledgments. We request your date of birth during an application to calculate whether you meet our minimum age of 21; the application record retains the result and check time, not the full birth date. Our website also requests age-verification information through its separate visitor age gate. Application records include submission and review timestamps, approval status, consent versions, and review history. We collect a delivery contact phone number for shipping labels and delivery-related contact. If you select the optional future text-update preference, we record that preference and its date and acknowledgment version. Selecting it does not enroll you in text messages; separate messaging consent will be requested before this service is enabled. Contact and newsletter forms collect the information you submit, including your name, email, and message or signup details. Order information includes products ordered, quantities, billing and shipping details, purchase confirmations, and order-related communications. Technical information may include IP addresses, browser and device information, and security logs. Payments are handled using the payment methods available at checkout.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to review research-account applications; manage account access and purchasing eligibility; process and fulfill orders; provide customer support; maintain application, acknowledgment, and review records; prevent fraud; and operate and improve the site. Where you opt in, we may use your email to send marketing updates about new arrivals, batch documentation, and promotions. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails without changing order-related email notices.

4. Application & Verification Records

We request information about your organization, research role, research field, and intended use to assess your application. We record your research-use and Terms acceptance, the result and time of the self-reported 21+ age check, and application review history. Each order also records its age, research-use, and Terms confirmation. We send application and account-status notifications by email. A birth-date check is not independent identity verification. The application does not request a typed electronic signature.

5. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share limited information with service providers who help us operate — hosting and security providers, payment processors and payment services selected at checkout, shipping carriers, email service providers (for account notices and, if you opt in, marketing emails), and fraud-prevention services — and with legal authorities where required by law.

6. Data Retention

We retain account, order, application, acknowledgment, contact, and preference records only for periods reasonably necessary for their purposes, including fulfillment, account review, accounting obligations, fraud prevention, and legal claims. Retention depends on the record type, whether an account is active, outstanding orders or disputes, and applicable legal requirements. You may request access, correction, or deletion, subject to lawful retention exceptions.

We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
