1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing lumacrestlabs.com, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the site. These Terms form a binding agreement between you (“Customer”) and Lumacrest Labs LLC (“Lumacrest Labs,” “we,” or “us”).

2. Research Use Only

Materials are offered solely for lawful in vitro laboratory research and analytical testing by qualified professionals. They are not offered for diagnostic, therapeutic, food, dietary supplement, or cosmetic use. Purchasing requires a registered and approved researcher account.

3. No Human or Animal Use

Products must not be administered to, or consumed by, humans or animals, including by ingestion, injection, inhalation, or application to the body. They are not offered for clinical use. Analytical testing and research-use labeling do not establish suitability for human or veterinary use or regulatory approval. Any prohibited use or redistribution for such use violates these Terms.

4. Customer Eligibility & Representations

By creating an account and purchasing, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old; are capable of handling laboratory materials responsibly; are purchasing solely for legitimate research purposes; will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction; and are not purchasing on behalf of anyone intending prohibited use.

5. Account Registration & Approval

Purchasing requires an approved research account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during qualification, including your name, organization or business name, business/entity type, researcher category, field of research, and intended laboratory research use. Applicants must enter their date of birth for a self-reported 21+ age check and accept the research-use acknowledgment and these Terms. Each order requires a separate age, research-use, and Terms confirmation. Every application is reviewed manually and may be approved or declined at our discretion. Purchasing remains unavailable until approval. Resubmitting your application or changing your account email returns your account to pending review. Application and account-status notices are sent by email. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

6. No Medical Claims or Advice

All content on this site is provided for research and educational reference only. We do not provide medical advice, treatment protocols, dosage guidance, or health recommendations. Lumacrest Labs does not claim that any product can diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.

7. Product Information, Purity & Testing

Review the documentation for the identified product and batch, including the stated analytical methods and results. Certificates of Analysis describe the sample tested by the issuing laboratory; testing scope and results may vary by product and batch. Analytical purity does not establish clinical suitability, sterility, shelf life, or every other product characteristic. Contact us if the batch information on your material does not match the available report.

8. Research Material Disclaimer

Products, including peptides, are research materials that may be experimental, are not fully characterized for safety or efficacy, and are intended strictly for laboratory research. These materials should only be handled by trained professionals.

9. Laboratory Handling Responsibility

Customers are responsible for lawful laboratory use and appropriate handling, storage, laboratory equipment, personal protective equipment, and disposal. Review the documentation applicable to the identified product, formulation, and batch. This handling responsibility does not limit Lumacrest Labs obligations or customer remedies required by applicable law.

10. Prohibited Uses

Products may not be used for human or animal consumption, compounding for human use, food/supplement/cosmetic production, resale or redistribution for human use, or any unlawful activity. Violations may result in account termination and, where required by law, reporting to authorities.

11. Orders, Acceptance & Availability

Orders are submitted through checkout using an approved research account. Placing an order does not constitute a binding sale until payment is confirmed and the order is accepted by Lumacrest Labs. We may verify, delay, limit quantities on, or decline any order at our discretion, including for compliance, fraud, or inventory reasons.

12. Pricing & Payment

Prices are subject to change without notice. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Orders may be subject to fraud screening.

13. Order Screening & Right to Refuse Service

We may review, limit, decline, or cancel orders presenting compliance or fraud concerns, including inconsistent information or indications of prohibited intended use, and may suspend purchasing access. If we cancel an unfulfilled order, we will issue a full refund of the payment collected for that order. Screening does not waive applicable shipment-delay, refund, or dispute rights.

14. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Lumacrest Labs remains responsible for an order until carrier-confirmed delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout, subject to applicable law. If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, contact us promptly so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy under our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refund Policy. We will reasonably assist with carrier inquiries concerning loss after recorded delivery, including a disputed delivery. Nothing in these Terms limits remedies required by applicable law.

15. Returns & Refunds

All sales of research materials are final, subject to the exceptions in our Returns & Refund Policy. We do not accept change-of-mind returns. This does not limit remedies for incorrect shipments, transit damage, verified quality issues, merchant-canceled unfulfilled orders, qualifying shipping delays, or rights required by applicable law.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Products are provided “as is” and “as available,” solely for laboratory research use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumacrest Labs LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Certificates of Analysis reflect results for the specific batch and sample tested by the issuing laboratory only, and do not constitute a warranty for any other batch or of suitability for any purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumacrest Labs LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any damages resulting from misuse, improper handling or storage, or use inconsistent with the labeled research purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for a claim arising from an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order. These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, responsibility for our own fraud or willful misconduct, or refunds and other remedies required by applicable law.

17. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify Lumacrest Labs LLC and its owners, officers, employees, and agents against third-party claims and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use, prohibited administration, or violation of these Terms. This provision does not require indemnification for Lumacrest Labs own negligence, fraud, willful misconduct, or breach of its obligations, and does not limit rights required by law.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts located there.

19. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
