1. Shipping Availability

Lumacrest Labs LLC currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Order Processing

Confirmed and paid orders are typically prepared and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. This processing period is separate from carrier transit time. Processing may take longer during holidays, high order volume, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery

Standard shipping within the United States is $9.99 per order. Free standard shipping is available on orders with a merchandise subtotal of $200 or more after discounts, excluding tax and shipping. Orders ship with a trusted carrier. Transit time varies by destination and service; standard shipping does not promise delivery within two business days.

4. Tracking Information

Tracking information is provided by email once your order ships. Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment status using the tracking provided.

5. Packaging

Orders use plain outer packaging, except for shipping information and any legally or carrier-required labels or markings. Materials are packaged to protect vial integrity during transit.

6. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate before submitting an order. Lumacrest Labs is not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

7. Order Changes & Cancellations

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate order modifications or cancellations before shipment; however, changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.

8. Returned or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges required to reship the order.

9. Shipping Responsibility & Risk of Loss

Lumacrest Labs remains responsible for an order until carrier-confirmed delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout, subject to applicable law. If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, contact us promptly with the order number and supporting information so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy under our Returns & Refund Policy. We will reasonably assist with carrier inquiries concerning loss after recorded delivery, including a disputed delivery. Nothing in this policy limits remedies required by applicable law.

10. Delivery Delays

Estimated delivery dates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of carrier operations, severe weather, natural disasters, holidays, labor disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control. If we cannot ship an order within the processing period stated when the order was placed, we will notify the customer, provide a revised shipment date when available, and offer the choice to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a prompt full refund.

11. Temperature & Storage

Storage and acceptable transit conditions depend on the specific compound, formulation, packaging, and supporting documentation. A shipping service or analytical COA does not by itself establish temperature stability or shelf life. Review the product-specific handling information before ordering and contact us if documentation is missing or a shipment appears compromised. Upon receipt, follow the applicable documented storage requirements. This section does not limit remedies for verified quality issues or rights required by law.

12. Shipping Insurance

Shipping insurance is not included unless otherwise stated.

13. Research Use Notice

All products sold by Lumacrest Labs are intended strictly for laboratory research purposes only and are not for human or veterinary consumption, therapeutic use, or medical use.
